Hanging Out

I am fed up with this "hanging out" desire of our teenagers.  Obviously there is a time and place but when meeting are scheduled and time tables are being used to hold and perform wholesome activities, hanging out can and should be done on their own time.  And I know they do it so why the need for total hanging out 100% of the time?  Drives me nuts especially when they bad mouth an activity and then love it after they do it.
