(I am an Assistant Scoutmaster now that the Varsity Program has been murdered........)
Months ago we asked our Scout Committee to fill out our Tour Permit for High Adventure. We followed up multiple times. And the day before the boys were supposed to leave, we find out they haven't even started.

You actually have someone you can ask to do it for you? Wow. I'm impressed.
I have someone to ask but they don't do anything.
