Wood Badge Staff Development #2

Staff development #2 went way better than #1.  Being able to act crazy while practicing the fireside program did wonders.  We have three Troop Guides that seem more concerned about hearing their own voices and tell us how to do it than working as a group and getting input from others.  But it is OK.  In the end, we will be performing and not storming.  I sort of now see why we have so many meetings before hand.  Make sure we got our kinks out before we present a program to some Scouters.
