The ramblings of an ex BSA Varsity Team Coach on Scouting and specifically the Varsity program.

Some personal rambling too...........
(I am an Assistant Scoutmaster now that the Varsity Program has been murdered........)
On my journey to be more fit for not only my family but also for my Scouts, I am running my first race is about 8 years. This one is a 10K and not my typical 5K that I normally run. I will let you know how I do. If I don't, I am dead.
