Here are two great ideas on having a Coach Conference, Scoutmaster Conference or a PPI with a boy.
1. Get to know the boy on another level other than just Scouting. Just ask Eric the Half-bee.
2. Talk to them alone (within the boundaries of Youth Protection). Jerry took his SPL out into the middle of a lake and just started talking to him. Listen to the recording. It is great!
